Simply no complaints whatsoever, really comfortable stay. This hotel is deluxe, favourable location, affable staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a seating area available in the a double room. A lot of good food👌

The location of this place was great, right in the middle of Jackson. The staff members were all helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable, and we would definitely come back again.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel during New Year. The amenities offered were top-notch and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was the perfect way to start our mornings. The location was also ideal as it was only a short walk to the main attractions and shopping areas. Another great advantage was the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the noise levels in our room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. However, this was quickly addressed by the hotel staff who were prompt to provide noise-cancelling earplugs that solved the issue.

During my Thanksgiving stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the amenities offered. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. the hotel was also conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making exploring the area easy. Best Aspects: Another advantage of staying at this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast was also delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
the noise level from the surrounding area was quite high, even at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
